The quickest way to unblock your account is to make a payment with your credit or debit card either online through My Compass or over the phone.
Online
Simply log in to My Compass and you'll see "My Account Balance & Invoices" as the second blue box on the main page. Click on "TOP UP" to make a payment with your registered Debit or Credit Card. You'll be online again within 5-10 minutes.
The amount you’re owing will be shown in red and the amount you’ll need to pay will be below – this includes a 2.5% convenience fee.

Over the phone
Call us on 0800 640 840 and press option 1 when given the choice, this will take you to our self service options. Press 1 again when given more options to make a payment by your registered Debit or Credit card or to set one up - easy!
